Trauma and EMDR

Babel Fish Psychology offers Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) for clients who need assistance in processing traumatic memories.

EMDR is a structured, evidence-based therapy designed to help people process and heal from distressing memories, particularly those associated with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, grief and loss and other mental health conditions.

Many people experience noticeable improvements in fewer sessions compared to other forms of therapy, making EMDR a powerful tool for trauma recovery. We suggest submitting an enquiry if you are interested, so that we may give you more information on this service.
